How to disconnect HubSpot

Disconnect HubSpot from Rankley and understand what happens after disconnecting.

Overview

You can disconnect HubSpot from Rankley at any time.

Disconnecting HubSpot stops Rankley from sending new HubSpot sync activity for your agency account.

How to disconnect HubSpot

  1. Log in to Rankley.

  2. Open Agency Settings.

  3. Go to Integrations.

  4. Select HubSpot.

  5. Click Disconnect or Disconnect HubSpot.

  6. Confirm the disconnect action.

After disconnecting, HubSpot should no longer show as connected in Rankley.

What happens after disconnecting

After HubSpot is disconnected:

  • Rankley stops sending new HubSpot sync activity.

  • Rankley marks the HubSpot connection as disconnected.

  • Future AI Visibility audits will not sync to HubSpot unless HubSpot is reconnected.

  • Existing Rankley audit reports remain available in Rankley.

What happens to existing HubSpot notes or activity?

Disconnecting HubSpot from Rankley does not automatically remove historical notes or activity already created in HubSpot.

Those records remain in HubSpot unless they are manually removed inside HubSpot.

Can I reconnect later?

Yes. You can reconnect HubSpot later from the Rankley Integrations area.

When reconnecting, you will be redirected to HubSpot to approve the required permissions again.

Does disconnecting affect audit emails?

Disconnecting HubSpot does not prevent Rankley from generating AI Visibility audits or sending audit emails.

It only stops the HubSpot CRM sync portion of the workflow.

Troubleshooting

HubSpot still appears connected

Refresh the Rankley Integrations page. If HubSpot still appears connected, try disconnecting again or contact Rankley support.

New audits are still showing in HubSpot

Confirm that the correct agency account was disconnected. If multiple HubSpot or Rankley accounts are involved, make sure you disconnected the intended connection.
