The Rankley HubSpot integration helps agencies bring AI Visibility audit activity into HubSpot so teams can follow up with better prospect context.

When a prospect completes a Rankley AI Visibility audit, Rankley can record supported activity on the matching HubSpot contact record.

What Rankley can sync today

Contact matching

Rankley uses available contact context, such as submitted email and HubSpot tracking context when available, to associate audit activity with the correct HubSpot contact.

AI Visibility audit activity

Rankley can record completed AI Visibility audit activity on the HubSpot contact record.

This activity may include:

  • Business name

  • Website

  • Overall AI Visibility score

  • Status label

  • Component scores

  • Top recommendation

  • Full report link

Full report link

Rankley includes a link to the full AI Visibility audit report so your sales team can open the report directly from HubSpot.

Score and status

Rankley can include the audit score and visibility status in the HubSpot activity.

Example:

  • Overall Score: 88/100

  • Status: Strong visibility

Recommendations

Rankley can include a top recommendation from the audit to help sales teams start a more relevant follow-up conversation.

Optional custom properties

Rankley may support optional HubSpot custom properties for advanced reporting and automation workflows.

These fields are optional. If the custom properties do not exist in HubSpot, Rankley is designed to continue the audit workflow without blocking the prospect experience.

Missing optional custom properties do not stop:

  • Audit generation

  • Report delivery

  • Email delivery

  • HubSpot note/activity fallback

What Rankley does not currently sync

Rankley does not currently claim to support structured HubSpot App Events as a live production feature.

Structured HubSpot App Events are planned for a future version after Marketplace and App Events readiness and approval.

How sync failures are handled

HubSpot sync is designed to fail safely.

If an optional HubSpot sync step fails, Rankley is designed so the AI Visibility audit and email delivery can still complete.

For example, if optional custom properties are missing, Rankley can still record audit activity through the supported contact activity/note fallback.

Rankley currently syncs HubSpot audit activity using a production-safe contact activity and note fallback approach.

Structured App Events and deeper field mapping controls are planned future improvements.
